Post with your character! They're now stuck in a very cold place of your choice. It can be anything, such as a freezing chamber, a cavern or a small cabin in the midst of a blizzard. The choice is up to you.

Comment around! Now your character has some company in this bone-chilling environment. The two of them share two things in common: clothes completely unfitting for this weather (be they summer clothes or even lingerie) and a blanket.

A blanket? Yes, just one warm blanket and no other ways to escape the cold. The two of them will have to share it in order to stay alive in this weather. Don't worry, you're sure to find a common language in this terrible situation!

So, uh, have fun, I suppose. Try to not freeze to death!

Protip: friction and body heat are both excellent ways to fend off cold.

[Why did she-? Hina looks at Ankh with pleading eyes.]

You're stealing! Again! [She's feeling her strength being sapped by the awful freezing temperature already, but she uses some of the last of it to attempt to reach out and snatch the ice pops away from Ankh before he can think of opening them.] Ankh, you mustn't just take things that belong to other people! Eiji-kun has been too lax with you about this.

[Probably because Eiji-kun has so few possessions and so doesn't value material things much. Not that Hina does! Of course her swipe misses completely, because Ankh is too fast and slippery for her. She wraps her arms around herself instead.]

We should worry about that later. We need to get out of here.

[What's a few popsicles, though? He doesn't even swipe them that often these days, and as far as he's concerned, if he wanted to be mean then he would have grabbed the whole box. Of course she doesn't get them from him, because he's expecting it, and it's easy to pull his hand away.

He just frowns as she gives up and curls up on herself to stay warm instead. That much, she's right about.]

That's why you shouldn't have come in here in the first place.

[Not that he was planning on getting stuck to start with, but at least if there had been someone outside... He sounds irritated, but relatively calm. He has his phone in his pocket, so he can just pull that out and try to get someone else to come open the door.

And of course there's no reception in a locked freezer. So much for that plan. And if force won't work...

Now it's time to be grabbing Hina by the chin and glaring at her.]

How do you expect to get out of here when I can't even call anyone?!

[Hina had been too busy worrying about the situation - and Ankh's behaviour! - to even think about how they would get help. But of course they'd use Ankh's phone!

Until he says that. Hina looks at him with pleading eyes.]

Your phone doesn't work in here? How will we get out?!

[Yes maybe Ankh just said that but she's not really thinking about that redundancy right now!]

[Exactly what he just said. Good job, Hina. Though it's to her benefit that he's already gotten irritated enough to reach over and grab her, because it means he's touching her. Her skin already feels colder than it should, and that more than anything else makes reality sink in. Staying in here for very long is a problem for a human. That thought takes all the sting out of his next words.]

How should I know?

[He lets go, and looks around the room, seeming more calm this time. He's never really gotten out of the habit of keeping a candroid with him, so if there's even some small way out, he could have it find one. Nothing's obvious, and he's not sure how long they'd have to wait for someone to come back even then.]

Tch.

[He doesn't look at her as he takes off his overshirt and shoves it at her. It's just a thin shirt so it's not much, but at least it has sleeves... and clearly does something because it just got that much more unpleasantly cold in here.]

Here. Take it before you freeze.

[And don't mind him while he goes and pokes at a shelf trying to see if there's anywhere back there a candroid might fit through.]

[Hina just watches Ankh with wide eyes. He's not so mad at her anymore; he seems more distracted with working out the solution for how to get out of there. It's good that he has an analytical mind like that? All Hina can think of is to yell for help! But that would tire her out quickly and she's already feeling a little drained.

She shivers, and the next thing she knows Ankh is offering his shirt out to her. When Ankh insists something you don't argue. Hina reaches out.]

[So it isn't a thick woolen sweater or an outdoor coat, at least it covers her bare skin up! Hina wraps her arms around herself.]

Ankh, I... Don't think this is going to help me for long.

[Sorry to be an inconvenience after such a nice gesture...]

[It is only because of a combination of not having expected it to do very much and him having found something that might be useful that means he lets that highly inconvenient sentiment slide with nothing more than a frustrated noise. He's too busy picking at a small plate he found on the wall, covering what he hopes is some kind of duct a candroid can fit through.]

Help with this.

[It's stuck on pretty tight, but it seems a lot more possible to pry loose than the door. He's at least managed to get the tip of a talon under one of the corners, but aside from that it doesn't seem to want to budge. Hina's super strength seems useful for this.]

[Hina is still enjoying the body heat from Ankh's jacket; how strange and yet how completely expected for his human appearance to have body heat - she's touched him before, of course he does! - but feeling it linger on his clothing is something else.

She looks over to where Ankh is and nods her assent to his request. Well, demand. That's just Ankh's way.]

Okay.

[It's nice that he just accepts her strength for its usefulness without making a big deal of it. It's not very feminine, she feels. Though she'd never forgo using it in a moment of need! She manages to put her fingers under the corner of the grating, either side of Ankh's talon.]

Nnnn! [She grimaces as she tries to pull it away from only that small corner.] Yah!

[And of course it doesn't just come away, she snaps it as it flies off. Hina will probably need to replace that when they get out of here. Oh dear.

When, though. Not if!]

[Well, that's impressive, the way that plate flies across the room and hits a box lined up against the other wall with a solid thud. But he doesn't waste much time watching all that. The path is clear so he peers into the opening. He's not sure where it leads, but it at least seems like it might be somewhere helpful.

All he has with him for candroids is a single Taka, but that's enough. He gives it instructions to find a way out and get someone to open the door and sends it off into the tube. At least they have some hope of getting someone's attention now.]

[Hina can't help but glance into the dark little tunnel too, even though it helps with nothing. She just wants to see the results of her efforts! She isn't sure what Ankh is going to do until he takes out the Taka candroid and instructs it to find a way to reach help. She sighs in relief. Oh, that's so sensible. Much better than the days when Ankh would just detach his arm from her niichan and abandon his body while he fended for himself. She would never have been able to keep niichan's body warm if things were like that now!

Speaking of. Hina shivers right beside Ankh.]

While we wait for that, we s-still need to look after ourselves.

[He just. Looks at her.]

Take care of you, you mean.

[He's a pile of medals. Cold won't kill him. Humans, on the other hand...

He has his fire, which would be plenty to help if they were out somewhere open, but it's not such a good idea in a confined space. She'd probably suffocate faster than she'd freeze.

Alright, fine. One other option, then. He reaches an arm around her shoulders and tugs her closer. He's still warm enough.]

Ankh, I didn't mean-!

[No matter how ingrained in her that Ankh isn't like the rest of them she's just never going to stop treating him as though he has needs that are exactly the same! She forgets he doesn't feel the cold. He doesn't need to eat either but he still does it!

He does put an arm around her regardless though. Hina feels herself blush at his forwardness. At least her face is warm now! She ducks her head.]

Thank you. [She tries not to nestle annoyingly closer, but having someone to cuddle up to in this chill is too much to resist!]

[What is he going to be other than forward? That was the only thing he could think of to keep her from freezing, so he doesn't see much reason to be embarrassed about it. Granted he doesn't seem entirely comfortable, either, especially when she decides to snuggle in closer. But he lets her.]
