Post with your character! They're now stuck in a very cold place of your choice. It can be anything, such as a freezing chamber, a cavern or a small cabin in the midst of a blizzard. The choice is up to you.

Comment around! Now your character has some company in this bone-chilling environment. The two of them share two things in common: clothes completely unfitting for this weather (be they summer clothes or even lingerie) and a blanket.

A blanket? Yes, just one warm blanket and no other ways to escape the cold. The two of them will have to share it in order to stay alive in this weather. Don't worry, you're sure to find a common language in this terrible situation!

So, uh, have fun, I suppose. Try to not freeze to death!

Protip: friction and body heat are both excellent ways to fend off cold.

[The problem with Ankh's rash behaviour sometimes is that you have to chase after him so quickly to prevent him from doing something bad or dangerous that you don't think either. That, Hina tells herself sadly, is how she had gotten herself - both of them - into this mess.

Well, Ankh had begun it. But if Hina had only left him to go raiding the walk-in freezer by himself she would've been outside it to unlock it when he shut himself in! But no, she'd run after him - exclaiming that he couldn't just devour all of the ice candy - right into the ice-cold room, and the door had shut behind them both.]

Ngggghhhh. Nnnggghhhh! [She tries pushing on the door as hard as she can, but it isn't simply shut, there's a outer lock in place on it to keep it from being left open and defrosting everything! Mystique's skin was thick and usually suited her fine in any weather condition, but there were limits. It was far too cold here. Wherever here was.

The day had started out normal enough, trying to recruit new members to the Brotherhood. But it seemed they'd approached the wrong mutant, one who didn't trust easily or at all and had deemed it necessary to use his powers on them. A teleporter, but one that transported other people by a single touch and not himself.

Wherever they were now it was cold and snow surrounded them in every direction for miles. Raven just hoped they were still on Earth. Not that it would matter if they froze to death. She took another step in bare feet, her toes long since numb to the cold as they sank into the snow underfoot.

"We... we need to find--" she closed her eyes as she looked back at him, the wind pelting her face with stinging icy daggers of snow, "s-shelter." There was only so much longer she could take this.

[Jesse is at her mother's parents' for the week, the one week in every winter right after Christmas when she'd celebrate the holidays with that side of the family. It's an amicable arrangement, it means he still gets Jesse for Christmas Eve and Christmas morning, and she gets to see that side of the family before they all disburse again. Spending the New Year alone gives him time to think.

Of course, this year he isn't spending the New Year alone. Not that it means anything, but he's spending the New Year—the entire week she's gone, in fact—with someone Jesse doesn't know about yet, because there's no reason for her to know about him. She's young, but she's a smart girl, she knows that she doesn't need to know about what her father does in his private life. If it becomes relevant, he'll tell her.

So here he is, the night of the day after Christmas, waking up in Jay Garrick's apartment because the side of him that's wrapped around Jay is warm, and the rest of him is freezing. Is the power out? The power is out. Why is the power out? He's still too sleepy and Jay is too warm for him to do much about it than lunge for the blanket they'd kicked off the side of the bed earlier and pull it tight again.] You really are a space heater. Don't get up.
